Decoding MIME

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to decode the MIME document produced by the Excel
Renderer?

If you upgrade to SP1, you won't have to!
SP1 uses the BIF(?) format. File sizes are much smaller, it will work
with Excel 97 upwards and is actually usable.
You can buy MIME decoders but I did try using some freebie ones but
none were any good.
